Fire Monkey

A few years back our team (at my current job) started an employee engagement initiative complete with a mascot. We took a plush monkey a teammate had been given beforehand that was used to signify putting out fires. We gave that monkey a new purpose - turned it into a monthly program for peers to recognize the work and outstanding accomplishments of their peers.... in essence saying their "on fire". I designed a logo and certificate that each individual was provided along with Fire Monkey merch to keep in their possession for a month. Many took the monkey with them on trips and brought back pictures that were published documenting his travels.
